At Rooted Formula, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law.
To return UNWIND under the right of withdrawal, the product must remain unopened with its hygiene seal intact.
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the product's protective seal has been broken after delivery.
How to Return Your Order
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email info@rootedformula.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You do not need to provide a reason.
You must send your return within 14 days of notifying us. We will provide the return address when you contact us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising their right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, or you have provided proof that it has been sent, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice, although we may withhold payment until we have received the goods or proof of return.
We will refund the product price and any standard delivery charges paid. Additional charges for express delivery are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@rootedformula.com.
We will help resolve the issue in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law. Your statutory rights to make a complaint about faulty goods are not affected by our return policy.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please contact us if you have received an incorrect or defective product.
